Photo Booth FAQ’s

  • What is the cost for our event?
    • We have pricing for every budget. For a complete list of pricing options, please refer to the Pricing Options in the menu. If you have specific questions regarding pricing, fill out and submit the form on this page and we will be happy to answer any of your questions and design a package for your event.
  • What kind of backdrops are available, and can we use our own backdrop?
    • We provide several timeless backdrop options so that the main attraction of these images are you and your guests. You are also able to create your own personal backdrop for the photos. We can assist you in determining the best size and style of backdrop.
  • Do you supply props for the photo booth??
    • Absolutely! We have a large assortment of photo booth props for your event. You can also provide your own props if
  • Do you provide on-site printing for our guests? Can we get additional copies of the prints?
    • We provide two size on-site printing options for the photo booth print outs. We also offer a gallery only option for those whose budgets are a little tight. Refer to the Pricing Options in the menu for a full line of prices.
    • Regarding additional copies: We provide an online gallery of all images from your event free for 30 days for guests to place additional orders of their own.
  • What areas do you serve?
    • We serve clients in and around the McLean and Daviess County, Kentucky areas. We will also travel to your event. Contact us for pricing on events in other areas.
  • What type of booth do you have?
    • We offer what we call an open air photo booth. Among the most popular types of photo booths, this booth-less photo station involves a camera on a tripod and light stand and a professional photographer to assist guests with posing and questions.
  • How much space is required for the photo booth set?
    • A minimum space of 10’x12′ is required for the booth itself, with enough additional space for a 6′ table if the on-site printing option is your choice. We also require a 110 outlet within 50′ of the setup area.
  • What is the payment schedule and refund policy?
    • Bookings are first come, first served and require the minimum starter package payment in full to reserve your date. If the client wishes to cancel the booking 60 days before the event date, then the client is eligible for a full refund. An e-mail notification must be sent to tom@tomcarrphotography.com 60 days before the event. The full amount will be credited back onto the client’s account where he/she paid the deposit. Cancellations with less than 60 days written notice (email) are subject to a $75 charge. Failure to notify us of a cancellation in writing (email) less than 48 hours before the event date are subject to forfeiture of the entire amount.
