What is the cost for our members?
There is no charge for families to be photographed for the directory. Yes, we rely 100% on package orders to cover our costs, however, there is never any high pressure sales pitch to purchase anything. The families are under no obligation to place an order. We will provide each family that purchases one of the six pre-paid package orders with a free directory.
What is the cost of producing the directory?
There is no up front cost for our services. The cost of producing the directory is based on the total number of books printed less any free copies families receive from a pre-paid package order.
How many pages are included in our directory?
The minimum size book includes eight pages (16 sides) including the front and back cover. This accommodates up to 96 families (8 sides). Additional pages are added depending on the number of families photographed. An additional page side is added for every 12 families photographed.
Can we add images of family members that are currently serving in the military and/or family members unable to attend the session?
Absolutely! Digital images can be submitted to us to be included in the layout of the directory. The directory committee will collect any digital images and/or printed photographs to be scanned and included in the directory. When submitting an image, be sure and include names that accompany the image.
Can we add images from church events to the directory?
Yes! You can submit images to the directory committee to be added to the book. The directory committee will be responsible for collecting and choosing which images are to be added based on the number of pages available. Up to four sides are included for church events.
Can we get group pictures taken?
Yes! We will set aside a day for groups. The directory committee will be responsible for organizing the groups together and coordinating their picture day/time.
Can we order additional books?
Yes. Additional books start at $10 per additional copy. Quantity pricing is also available upon request. The final cost per book is based on the total number of pages per book and the selected binding.

Is there an online version of the directory we can put on our church website?
Yes. For an additional cost, we can provide an online flip-book version of your directory for your church website. Price depends on the size of the finished book and comes will all of the necessary .html files needed to upload the online version into your church’s website. Cost for a minimum size book converted to an online flip-book is $80.
